Day1
  • Route(start-end) : Airport > Kotugoda
  • Drive time : Approx: ½ hour
  • Activities : Arrive at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Sri Lanka,
  • where you will be met by your chauffeur guide who will take you your first stop – The Walawwa in Kotugoda which is just a few minutes’ drive away. Day2
  • Route(start-end) : Kotugoda > Anuradhapura > Sigiriya
  • Attractions : Ancient city of Anuradhapura | Aukana Buddha statue | Luxury Tours Sri Lanka
  • Drive time : Approx: 5 hours
  • Activities : After breakfast leave to the first known ancient capital city of Sri Lanka – Anuradhapura.
  • Travel back in time with the city tour that takes you to eight main places, and resplendent with ancient monuments. On the way to check in at your hotel in Sigiriya you can also visit the Aukana Buddha Statue.

Day3

  • Activities : After breakfast leave for Sigiriya.
  • This ancicent rock fortress is considered to be the 8th wonder of the world, and hosts the ruins of King Kassapa’s places and a breathtaking 360 degree view from the top. In the afternoon, visit the Dambulla cave temple, one of the most significant landmarks in Buddhist culture – host to golden statutes and rock paintings that have been resplendent for centuries.

  • Attractions : Spice Garden | Batik Factory | Temple of the Tooth | Botanical Gardens Peradeniya | Cultural show | Luxury Tours Sri Lanka
  • Drive time : Approx: 2 ½ hours
  • Activities : After breakfast, you will leave for Kandy – the city built around a lake an famed for being the last kingdom to fall to colonial rule.
  • Visit ‘Dalada Maligawa’ The Temple of the Tooth, the sacred Buddhist shrine which hosts the tooth od Lord Buddha and is a must visit for hundreds of pilgrims from around the world. In the afternoon, enjoy the lush gardens of the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens host to over 3000 varieties of orchids, spices, trees and more.

Day5-6
  • Route(start-end) : Kandy > Dick Oya
  • Attractions : Tea Plantations | Water Falls | Trekking
  • Drive time : Approx: 2 ½ hours
  • Activities : Your journey continues uphill as you travel with the scenic train ride from Kandy to the hill country.
  • Learn all about how the fresh cup of tea comes to being with a visit to a tea plantation en route, The next morning, trek through the Horton Plains National Park to see the popular ‘Worlds End’ – a sheer vertical drop of 4000ft with a breathtaking view.

Day7-8
  • Route(start-end) : Dick Oya > Yala
  • Attractions : Camping inside Yala
  • Drive time : Approx: 6 hours
  • Activities : After breakfast you will travel to Yala National Park and arrive at the entrance to get into a 4WD jeep to be driven to your camp.
  • Enjoy lunch at camp and take a moment to unwind before you head for the evening safari. Yala National Park is the largest wildlife park in the island and plays host to all sorts of birds and beasts including leopards. After the safari relax and enjoy the camping experience – in luxury!

    Spend two nights at Mahoora Luxury Camp

Day9 - 10
  • Route(start-end) : Yala > Tangalle
  • Drive time : Approx: 1 hour
  • Activities : After a leisurely breakfast you will leave for the southern coastal town of Tangalle.
  • For two nights you will stay at then Amanwella boutique hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy the stunning Indian ocean and the sea breeze. The following day you will visit the Galle Fort, built in the 16th Centary by the Dutch that will transport you back with its cobbled streets and unique architecture.

Day11-12
  • Route(start-end) : Tangalle > Bentota
  • Attractions : Moon Stone Factory | Mask Factory
  • Drive time : Approx: 1 ½ hours
  • Activities : following breakfast you will be transferred to the hotel in Bentota where en route a moon stone mine and a mask factory
  • – two of Sri Lanka’s famed industries await you. The rest of the evening is yours to unwind. The following day you have the delights of visiting a turtle hatchery in Kosgoda and then go on a boat ride on river Madu. The evening is again yours to do as you please.

  • Route(start-end) : Bentota > Colombo
  • Attractions : Colombo City Tour | Shopping
  • Drive time : Approx: 1 1/2 hours
  • Activities : breakfast you will head back to Colombo where you can take in a city tour on the bustling, never-asleep commercial capital.
  • Enjoy a tour of the city and take in all the sights and sounds of Colombo – and pick up some excellent bargains on a shopping spree too.

Day14

  • Drive time : Approx: 1 ½ hours
  • Activities : After breakfast it’s time to bid goodbye to the charms of our tropical island,
